You only pay for gifts that are paid. When generating the gift links, you have the option to choose between paying with a credit card or your store credit.
On your order page, you can see what gifts have been claimed and a tracking link that will appear as soon as we ship the items.
When creating your gift links in bulk, you can set an expiry date, but we have yet to release the feature of expiring links on individual gifts.
Technically, you can, but only the one who claims the gift first will receive the item. If you want multiple people to receive a gift, our recommendation is to generate multiple links.
We can interface with your HRIS system to automate gift links on special occasions, such as for new hires or work anniversaries. It's a good alternative to using swag store credit.
