Do you have any setup fees?

Unlike most of our competitors, we don't have any setup fees or any other similar fees.

What are the available terms?

We have zero lock-in effects in our contracts. However, you get a 2-month discount if you pay for a full year in advance.

Do I have to buy a certain amount of items every month?

No, you can buy 1 or 1000 items. We don't enforce any spending and we don't have any minimums.

What do I have to pay for other than the subscription fee?

You pay for any items you purchase in your employee swag store and shipping. No hidden fulfillment fees or surcharges.

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping costs varies depending on destination and the item, but typically ranges from 4 to 12 USD.

What is the turnaround time to get a store live?

Technically, a store can be live and fully branded in a few hours. The time-consuming part is typically picking and designing the swag. All companies work differently in regards to their design and approval process, and we try to adapt to your design process. If you want, we can also come up with suggestions based on your brand guidelines.
